Hello and welcome to My Dementia Tribe! I am Jenni Dill, an Engagement Leader, Culture Change Champion and Senior Living Enthusiast. My passion is working with those living with Dementia and their family and professional care partners to navigate this journey together. I believe in making connections, finding solutions, spreading joy and offering hope.
